chocolate lasagna
Made this for Easter dessert and it turned out great! My two young boys were able to help out — it was very easy to put together. I would make it again.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 – 3.9 oz packages chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk, plus 2 tablespoons, divided
- 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double stuffed)
- 12 oz tub Cool Whip, divided
