
Honey Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders
This recipe is SO GOOD. I once made the mistake of pouring the remaining liquid over the chicken while it seared. Don’t do that! I learned my lesson and have enjoyed this recipe many times. I love the way it caramelizes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon each
- 2 Tbsps fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsps raw Honey
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsps clarified butter or ghee, melted
